Global Standards Assurance (GSA)
Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions:
(a) “Attendee” means the person or entity that has registered for the ISO Lead Auditor Training Course.
(b) “Course” means the ISO Lead Auditor Training Course offered by the training provider.
(c) “Training Provider” means the entity offering the ISO Lead Auditor Training Course.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 The Attendee may cancel the Course at any time up to 7 days before the start of the Course by notifying the Training Provider in writing via email.
2.2 If the Attendee cancels the Course within 7 days of the start of the Course, no refund will be provided.
2.3 The Attendee may request to transfer their registration to another course offered by the Training Provider if notice of cancellation is given 7 days before the start of the Course. The request for transfer must be made in writing via email to the Training Provider.
2.4 If the Training Provider cancels the Course for any reason, a full refund will be provided to the Attendee.
Refunds
3.1 If the Attendee cancels the Course in accordance with clause 2.1, a full refund will be provided within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
3.2 If the Attendee cancels the Course within 7 days of the start of the Course, no refund will be provided.
3.3 If the Attendee transfers their registration to another Course in accordance with clause 2.3, no refund will be provided.
3.4 If the Training Provider cancels the Course for any reason, a full refund will be provided to the Attendee within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Payment
4.1 Payment for the Course must be made in full at the time of registration.
4.2 The Training Provider reserves the right to cancel the Attendee’s registration if payment is not received in full.
Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials provided to the Attendee during the Course are owned by the Training Provider and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 The Attendee agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any materials provided to them during the Course without the prior written consent of the Training Provider.
Health and Safety
6.1 The Attendee is responsible for their own health and safety during the Course.
6.2 The Attendee agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Training Provider during the Course.
Behaviour
7.1 The Attendee is expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards the Training Provider and other attendees during the Course.
7.2 The Training Provider reserves the right to remove the Attendee from the Course if they engage in behaviour that is disruptive or disrespectful.
Force Majeure
8.1 The Training Provider is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, or government regulations.
Privacy Policy
9.1 The Attendee’s personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Training Provider’s privacy policy, which is available on the Training Provider’s website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts the United Kingdom.
